31DaysofPizza.com is a New York City–based digital performance and storytelling company founded by improv comedian and storyteller Sean Taylor.

Established in 2002, the project began as a personal challenge to honor National Pizza Month. Each October, Sean takes on his annual “quest for the perfect slice,” visiting a different pizzeria every day and sharing at least one slice with at least one guest. What started in New York City has expanded across the United States to cities such as Chicago, Austin, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Miami, Columbus, and Las Vegas (to name several) – and internationally to Italy and Mexico. Over the course of more than two decades, the project has evolved into an extensive archive encompassing both legendary “Old Guard” institutions and contemporary artisanal shops.

The mission of 31 Days of Pizza is to champion the craft of pizza-making while engaging a global community of food lovers. Through humor-infused storytelling and a constructive, transparent rating system, the project bridges food journalism, performance, and everyday urban exploration, serving as a trusted guide for pizza enthusiasts worldwide.
